Very unique little bakery.. small but delicious baking goods..
This quaint little cafe offers art, clothing, jewelery and of course coffees and treats. We went on a Monday morning. We got 6 pecan butter tarts which were good. We also bought a brownie and marshmallow squares. We found those to be quite dry to be honest. We even had a Dubai chocolate cookie which was the best out of the mix. The cost was $35.00 for tarts and 5 treats. Would we go back? Likely not, we have other more preferred locations, but glad we checked it out.
Some of the best, flakiest croissants I’ve ever had. Delicious. We had the Brie/Ham croissant sandwich and it was delicious. Plenty of savoury and sweet options (quiches, pies, cookies, cakes, scones). Plenty of parking but not that many places to sit. Pricey.
The energy here is contagious and the drinks and treats delightfully good. 😊
Thank you IG - a beautiful weekend ( Canadian Thanksgiving is Monday )- about half an hour drive from Buffalo - Blossom bakery is located in a 1878 Thorold Fire Hall - the basement used to be jail house !
