My wife and I loved visiting The Oilerie. We bought a bottle of balsamic vinegar (aged 25 years), several flavored olive oils and a jar of dried herbs and spices to make dipping oil. The flavored oils are great! We've used the basil flavored EVOO as a finishing oil pizza and an omelet, the roasted hazelnut oil on roasted butternut squash, and the truffle oil on pot roast and on baked potatoes.
