Arriving at this office was THEE worst experience ever. The lady at the front desk was rude and indirectly judged my daughter when my daughter presented her id and insurance card. Instead of scanning the id and insurance card, she immediately rejected the visit with, "we don't take that insurance, we only take UHC Community." We do not live in the area and was referred to this office bc my daughter needed to have some work done due to the trauma sustained from an auto accident. I fell completely disrespectful by this organization mind you all my and my kids medical needs are through OSU for the last 16 years. I went to have a cap and a teeth cleaning. My teeth were not that googled bc I'm afraid of dds always have been I informed everyone of this the first day I walked in when they were just doing X-rays, during my cleaning process I have came to the office at least 5-6 times mind you I'm calling off work and paying for parking just to be there. Worst medical experience ever! 12:30 Arrived 30 minutes early, drove around looking for a parking spot/garage. 1:00 Found a parking spot on the 5th floor of the Hospital garage 1-2PM Attempting to check in. Ignored by staff at the multiple sign-in locations. Finally, a student notices me and helps me find the right place. 2PM I'm in the chair, but apparantly not checked in. Staff figures it out and student begins work. 2-3PM Student fumbles with new system and slowly checks out my teeth 3PM I'm sent to x-ray people. I reciev... read more
In my appointments, it was like children playing dentist under the watch of decrepit bureaucrats. Do not go here. The students and their ‘instructors’ are transient and don’t care about you as a person. You might save a few dollars, but the work is slow, and poor quality — and they won’t be around to fix their mistakes. Then what? Sue OSU? Good luck.
I wasn’t planning on leaving a review but after reading a recent one and having the same issue I decided too! KELLI is extremely rude and doesn’t realize she is talking to patients that are in pretty serious pain(I mean it is an emergency clinic). 2 other staff members were also talking about her and told me she is this way with everybody but management doesn’t do anything.
