I've been banking with them for over 15 year's and the last month, almost 2 months. The ATM machine, located at the Oberlin location, has been out of service. Making this very inconvenient for the customers. I Chose this bank, because I didn't want to have to leave Oberlin to do banking. And I liked the Ohio educational credit union but I will be closing my account and will not be doing any more banking with the Ohio educational credit union. It seems like they do not care about the customers.
I recently applied for an auto loan with the Lakewood branch. The manager and her team were very helpful. I was able to get approved within days.
Love my bank OHECU, everyone there is absolutely amazing and attentive. They are fast and super friendly! Every time I walk in Im always greeted by my first name. What ever questions or concerns I have they are on it and help me to their highest ability. Very professional and sweet as well!
The Oberlin branch is awesome! Jane and Peggy treat you like family. The branch manager is great too. You don't see the type of customer service they provide very often anymore. I have worked with this branch for several years. They have helped me with auto loans, a checking account and a savings account. Highly recommended!
