I suggest if Amy Stone wrongfully dismissed your grievances you should contact the ODC and request copies. I asked for everything in my grievance against a judge. Amy Stone was in charge of the intake team. A few grievances I filed contained key evidence that would no dou5prove misconduct. Those grievances were never documented. The evidence was never added to the case file. Please ask for copies. Hopefully everything is there. I am writing to formally report a significant conflict of interest and the subsequent suppression ... read more

The purpose of the Ohio Supreme Court Disciplinary Counsel is to protect the public by holding attorneys and judges accountable to ethical standards. Based on my experience, there is a significant disconnect between that stated mission and how complaints are handled in practice. There appears to be a systemic lack of transparency and meaningful accountability. From a public perspective, the process feels inaccessible and one-sided. There is no meaningful feedback loop, no clear explanation of investigative steps, and no visi... read more

This office is in serious corruption. My former lawyer, Konrad Kircher, was found liable by Ohio Jury for committing a crime R.C. 2917.21 telecommunication harassment against me, and Judge McBride also awarded me damages. Lebanon Municipal Court, Ohio, Case No. CVF2200052. The day after the jury trial where Konrad Kircher was found liable by the jury for harassing and threatening me, who was his prior client, Kircher sent me an email threatening to file false lawsuit against me unless I agreed not to tell others about the ju... read more

The Ohio Disciplinary Counsel are supposed to investigate judges and attorneys who break the rules. I gave you proof that a Judge violated the code of conduct. You class the choice not to investigate. You made the choice to break the rules for this judge. I am making it my goal to inform every lawyer and judge who are up for disciplinary action what it is you did. The system should be fair and if you’re going to break the rules for one then you need to do it for all. “NO EXCEPTIONS” 2025-1280

This is obviously a business to protect the immunity of judges and prosecutors from being reprimanded for abusing their powers on the public. It would seem they only take action if another attorney or judge would file a complaint against eachother. This place does not protect the public from the abuse judges and prosecutors exercise on tax paying citizens and business owners. The good Ole boys club defense team is this officrs code of ethics. Tell me otherwise. You can exhaust all your resources you will get the same answers... read more
