I have known Jay and his team for several years. Their approach to treating this complicated disorder is ground-breaking. I don't know of any other clinics that actually treat patients in-home. I would highly recommend!
I received wonderful support for ERP and my therapist was amazing. I felt safe, but also was held accountable and confronted with hard truth which I needed. If you want assistance with ERP only and only want to treat symptoms, this is the place; however, if you are looking for a why, an understanding or deeper dive with getting to the root of your OCD, if you suspect there is something behind it, this doesn't seem to be the right place.
