Tracy's and Kenada's meditation and stretching classes are the best I've ever taken. They teach you how to put your mental state at ease and calm down your central nervous system. It's great to have expert guidance to achieve this, as most of us live in a world of high stress and negative self-talk. I highly recommend these classes for anyone wanting more clarity in life, to reduce their stress, learn strategies to reduce their anxiety, and meet like-minded people.
I was feeling off for quite some time, never getting any real answers!! I met Tamara while getting my hair done, booked a session with her two days after meeting her. I just finished 3 months with her and the difference in my health and well being has done a 360!! I will continue seeing Tamara as I feel 100% confident in the results I have seen. What interested me was that Tracy said she likes to get to the root cause of your problem. With just virtual appointments , healthier eating and the supplements, I have almost all feeling back and no stiffness and pain in my hands. My knee feels better and the muscle weakness in my arm is getting better. I have more energy and don’t feel sluggish , also sleeping more soundly. It is well worth it !
