I recently took a CDP class for Dementia education, and it was a fantastic experience. Shelly Drew’s the instructor did a phenomenal job with this certification class. Everyone who attended gave it a 10! An incredible community offering great programs and skilled staff. Highly recommend this great community.
Took a comprehensive class on dementia care lead by Shelly Drews. It was extremely insightful, informative and instructional. Criteria was detail oriented, well managed, thought out, organized, and up to date. Diverse student levels in class which allowed all backgrounds to share stories, knowledge, which enhanced group conversations, and offered multi layered approaches to problem solving discussions. My mother-in-law lived at the Oasis and it was a fantastic place for her. Everyone was so helpful, kind, and loving. Outstanding staff!
Now that Shelly is apart of their team, I can see this community thriving and loom forward to seeing their success.
I took my caregiver classes here and I had Shelly and Allica as my instructors they are amazing I would recommend them to anyone that’s interesting in the classes
