This is the most wonderful place. Everyone is so delightful and helpful! They took wonderful care of my sister-n-law. They are so caring and glad to do what ever you need! The atmosphere is so loving and they work very hard at making everyone comfortable. The food was great and the rooms are very nice. This home is very cozy and comfortable. My Husband and I are grateful for this Happy place for the last days of our family member!
My mom & took a tour of the Independent Living Facility. We chose The Oaks as her new home because of the homey feel ,size of the apartment & the reasonable cost; plus, the friendliness of the staff & residents. Paige, Rhonda & the rest of the staff were so helpful in answering questions & made us feel very welcomed. My mom is actually looking forward to moving into The Oaks in the near future after 40 years in her home. Great staff that exhibits caring and compassion as they assist residents with daily activities.
Our mother/mother-in-law moved in to The Oaks facility back in October 2024. I Wish I could write down all of the scenarios of special care that Marion has received while staying at The Oaks but it would be too long of a review. Basically from the moment Mary Hudson met us at the rehab facility, we have felt the love and care that all of the staff provides. Great staff, fun activities, excellent atmosphere. They have a great relationship with the home health staff too that helps the residents
