The revamp is great, food and service on top great atmosphere
The Pub is currently undergoing renovations & we stopped by for a quick snack for lunch on a weekday. There weren't many people there & they were all inside. We sat outside in a great large covered beer garden with new wooden tables & benches as we had our Greyhound with us. There was great music playing through speakers in the beer garden. We just ordered 2 entrees, Chilli Chicken Wings & Salt & Pepper Squid. The service was fast & the food was good quality & very tasty with a good size servings. Don't ever write food reviews because normally they are great and we are a long standing customer. But their chicken and leek pie was beyond their normal standard.No white sauce/gravy, no leek that could be found and no other vege in it.First time i felt like asking for a refund .Unfortunately we will give the bistro a break for a while
