Not good keep a close watch on your loved ones, staff can be very nasty.
My mum has been there a few weeks now. She went in for respite and now refuses to leave. She loves all the staff and most of the other tenants.can't praise the oaks enough.thank you so much for the way you have cared for mum.(Margaret).

Amazing Staff
The majority of staff here are lovely, some not so much unfortunately. The residents rooms are a decent size. The gardens could do with alot of work in the courtyards
