Have lived here for over 5 years and have had nothing but positive experience at The Oaks. Wouldn't want to live any other place. Management and staff are superior.
Lack of communication is my main concern. It’s difficult to contact Manager, Tish. I’m needing to make too many calls to get problems resolved. 2nd time calling to get security refund processed for my sister. 2/20; still waiting for response.
