We love the style of the many items offered for sale in this lovely, independent retailer. We've purchased beautiful quality oak furniture, stylish table lamp and numerous ornaments. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The furniture was delivered promptly, in perfect condition and installed as we requested. A shop we always visit when in Oswestry.
Lots of help and advice in-store to find the perfect rise/recline chair. My husband chose the 'Palermo'. Quite a big investment and we value personal service - we would never risk an online purchase for something like this. The service didn't stop with the order; delivery was excellent. We had a problem with our mattress that we had purchased a year ago, the staff could not be more helpful, called to inspect it straight away, replaced it with a new one within two days. We can only say that the service we received was 100%, can certainly reccommend this store and the staff are very helpful, polite and know their products. We will be purchasing more products soon with them. Thank you for your service
