I would definitely recommend The Nutritionist Group if you are trying to lose weight! I've tried nearly everything. Detoxes, boot camps, exercise plans, and more. Sometimes I could keep the weight off for a little bit, but it always would just come creeping right back. It makes me want to just give up trying to lose weight.
