My appointment with Barb Goshorn was life changing. I'm in my late fifties and I found myself unable to lose weight. All my normal methods that had worked in the past were no longer working. I went to see Barb and she give me nutritional advice and educated me about how food has changed. I followed her plan for me and I was able to lose weight again. I am a seventy year old women with a thyroid problem. Barb understood my condition and suggested nutritional solutions . Following her weight loss plan I am now 23 pounds lighter and feel much better about myself. She is very knowledgeable about individual needs and concerns. Before seeing Barb I was unable to lose weight no mater what I tried. This is a life change not a diet. It all makes sense once she explains it to you. I would recommend this to anyone that is trying to lose weight no matter how old you are.
