I’m honestly furious. I came to you with a genuine concern about discomfort and alignment of my penis, and you did nothing to help. You barely listened, didn’t address the problem at all, and made me feel like I was wasting your time. If you’re not willing or able to properly assess and treat issues in sensitive areas such as my penis, then be upfront about it instead of stringing people along. I called & enquiry if the clinic accept GP care plan referral, but the owner said the clinic was closed one year ago. She is running a home business instead. The company website & Google information did not update accordingly.
