Josh was great to book with. Firm pressure, checked in with me every step of the way and gave me lots of tips for releasing tension knots and to stay hydrated.
After being a member at the Fort Lauderdale location for over 4 years now, I had the opportunity to check out the Plantation location today. My therapist Joany was wonderful. She was super relaxing with just the right amount of pressure to my tension areas, just what I needed after a long weekend of traveling. I will definitely make the trip back to this location when I’m over this way.
Unique massage experience, staying nearby and walked in on a Friday, was pleasantly surprised that ab appointment was available, price was a little high for non members but not too bad, group of tent individual areas , with nice wave and thunderstorm sounds for all areas, massage was great , hope to be back soon , thank you.

Had Jess for a full body massage, she did an amazing job! Very thorough and just the right amount of pressure. Found knots where I didn’t even know I had them! Immediately bought the monthly membership and can’t wait to go back!
