Staff is sincerely nice and professional. Beautiful, clean, relaxing ambiance. Definitely recommend the experience and sharing with loved ones.

Beautiful space. Shame about literally everything else. This is a textbook example of why subscription massage chains are a bad idea. High staff turnover, wildly inconsistent quality, and the few genuinely good therapists are booked out like Taylor Swift tickets. Add to that the fact that therapists see only a small slice of what you’re paying, and the incentives become obvious. Then comes the upsell Olympics. Want firmer pressure? That’ll be $20. This was my first massage at The NOW. The experience far exceeded my expectations. The experience at The NOW was exactly what my body and mind needed. The environment is calm and serene which is quite inviting. From the first phone call to book to the appointment and walking out of the door after my massage the staff was more than welcoming, kind and hospitable.
