Lauren is spectacular massage practitioner! Strong. Intuitive and very warm. The Now has an all together great team. Art is a magician and a wonderful educator. I really appreciate him sharing his knowledge of human anatomy so I can better understand why I experience pain in certain areas. His massages are fantastic.
Val in The Now Pasadena was great! I had a deep tissue massage with stretching for a strained muscle I’ve had for months. She knew exactly what to do and I felt so relaxed after. She is very professional and skilled. Highly recommend her!

Russell gave me an incredible massage. He applied pressure points that released tension I was holding. He also did some shoulder stretches and scooped out my shoulder blades and melted away the stress I had been carrying. I will definitely be seeing Russell again
