The NOW is a beautiful space. The two stars are because of their customer service and business approach. The large massage room is more of an auditorium with large drapery cloth separating spaces, they play very loud zen music ocean sounds that make any discussions with your massage therapist difficult. You will hear noises /conversations from your neighbors. I paid extra for a deep tissue massage, but received a pretty average massage that would not qualify as deep tissue.
