I love the serenity and quiet of the space. The sound of waves and dimmed lighting help you get into the mindset of actually relaxing. Chris B listened to my requests AND used his expertise to help relieve my neck and upper back tightness gently yet purposefully. The perfect balance of going deep without distracting me from letting go! Can’t wait to go back!
Vanessa was a calm presence for me, got deep into my upper back tissue (as requested) and eased tension I didn't know were in my hands and feet until after they were being massaged. It was a much needed trip to start my day. Thank you so much!
