Great massages and great customer service! I didn't realize in ending my membership last year that I had 90 days to use my last massage. I was really disappointed that I overlooked this but customer service was phenomenal and returned my phone call the next day. I was pleasantly surprised that they would still honor that last massage! I would definitely recommend The Now!

This is a solid place to get a massage—one of the rare spots where it's actually peaceful. They keep the atmosphere quiet, which I love. It’s basically mandatory silence, so you can actually relax without someone chatting your ear off the whole time. I’ve had so many massages ruined by overly talkative therapists—this place gets it right. Sarah and Kayla are my go-tos, and Sam is also wonderful.
Alyson was great! I came in with a ton of tension and triggerpoints in my neck and shoulders and after a 50 minute massage I feel so much relief. I’m hesitant to review her only because I don’t want her to get booked up! I will definitely be requesting her next time.
