I want to sincerely recognize the General Manager, I believe his name was David, at The NOW Massage in Chandler, Arizona for an outstanding level of customer service. I actually reached this location unintentionally while trying to find a central or corporate contact for The NOW after a frustrating experience with another location. Madison D. - The Stretch Have a soccer tournament coming up so I decided to help prepare by getting a massage. I booked an appointment with Madison (with an i). I arrived at the location and was greeted by a kind young lady who confirmed my appointment and told me Madison would be with me shortly. The atmosphere in the lobby felt minimalistic and comfortable. THE WORST MASSAGE IF MY LIFE! Horrible facility. Open warehouse room with curtains in between. Very cold. I stopped the session after 15 min and they still charged me $60. No real rooms. Ratty rugs on the floor and fake fur throws to cover you. I got bug bites on my arm and leg on one side. Very expensive for the horrible experience. The massage therapist was young with minimal training. Don’t waste your money. They told me all the facilities are the same. Rip off.

I’ve been a regular member at The NOW in Chandler since October, and my experience has been consistently excellent. The front desk staff is always warm, welcoming, and efficient. They remember who I am and always make the check-in process quick and easy, which I really appreciate. For most of my visits since joining, I’ve seen Alex, and he has been fantastic.
