Overdue review, as I have been a NOW client since they opened, and have come to appreciate the ease of booking a quality massage when I need it, whether in advance or spontaneously. I tend to book the Stretch most often, or a NOW if I need something less intense / am especially sore. I also like to opt out of face and scalp massage, as I am picky about my skincare. I really love the flexibility, seamless scheduling experience, and the ease of getting an appointment. I find the massages and the therapists to be very high quality - I especially love Nelly! - and the whole process is clear and easy.
