UPDATE I am absolutely ready to cancel. I just found out that I paid $250 in December and $250 January for a total of FOUR 80 MIN massages but have only been able to book 50 MIN times due to availability on either side. I don’t even want to go there anymore. I would never treat my returning customers this way. They would never allow me to pay for a 50 MIN session and GET 80.
