UPDATE I am absolutely ready to cancel. I just found out that I paid $250 in December and $250 January for a total of FOUR 80 MIN massages but have only been able to book 50 MIN times due to availability on either side. They HAVE USED THE 80 MIN CREDITS to cover the 50 MIN MASSAGE. What in the WORLD?!?!!! I don’t even want to go there anymore. I would never treat my returning customers this way. Sooooo difficult to book. Have credits stacking up and ready to cancel - but then I only have three months to use them! Stressful.
