Went for a massage. The price on the phone was not the price I paid. In fact I paid abut 280$ for a 90 minute massage with add ons. Asked for deep tissue paid for deep tissue. I received a light touch and inexperience massage therapist at an overprice establishment. It’s so loud in there to. They are trying to drown out the noise of the giant treatment room that is divided by linen. But it’s not working. Mass production massage that’s overpriced. No thank you. I won’t be back.
I felt like the base price and the add-ons were very worth it. Jake was very kind and helpful when asking about my focus points and any injuries. He did an amazing job during the massage as well, would definitely come back.
Don’t go here. Sharp unkind cancellations policy. I cancelled day before, by email. The company still debited my credit card. Refused to help. No ammount of explaining was going to undo their decision. No kindness -even though I was a repeat customer. I tipped plenty on my previous visit. I predict Now Massage Bend won’t last very long - with that kind of policy for repeat customers. I won’t be going there ever again. Of course I will tell all my friends.
Terrible place. Don’t go here. I can’t mention the details here. But just trust me you don’t want to experience what I went through with them.
Casey is great! Understands varying pressure levels and communicates throughout the massage very well! Highly recommend!
