Nourish is not a diet . It helped me create a new lifestyle whereas I was able to watch the weight come off by using life skills not fads or gimmicks. What I learned with Nourish lasts for life. No prepackaged food, chalky shakes, keeping track of points etc. I am impressed by the one on one coaching. It holds me accountable. Nourish has been a big success for me and will allow me to continue my successes through out life. I recommend Nourish highly .
