I called and asked about a notary service, and the lady just told me "that information is on our website." I said okay, I'll have a look into your website. Then I called again to ask for the cost of the service, which is not in the website, and she put me on hold! If this is just the beginning of the service, imagine the rest.
Excellent service provided by Linda! My dad went there alone to get his documents notarized, and I only spoke with her over the phone regarding the next steps. Linda kindly handwrote the instructions again on paper for me when my dad left. I also called later with a question while completing the online application, and she patiently answered it. I highly recommend Linda to anyone! (The receptionist was friendly and great too!!)
