Absolutely, love. Going to Cathy, anytime I have a title that needs to be done or anything that has to deal with the idiots at Penn dot. She has helped me with 6 of my fire truck titles that they were giving me a hard time with. And now we're just waiting for an outer state rv. Title that hopefully will go through without any issues. Because they are a pain in the, you know what? But Kathy is a great lady. Give her all of your business.
Been going there awhile now, they are open until 4pm on Saturday's which is really convenient, always helpful and willing to answer your questions.
I received their services yesterday. Susan was who helped me through the process. She was SOO friendly, welcoming, helpful, and patient! I went there for a title transfer, registration and a new license plate and she made the whole process fast and easy. I was in and out of there within 10-15 mins ! I called the business before I went in and she was equally as delightful on the phone as in person.
Very kind and welcoming, and it was an easy and fast process, 10/10 recommend
