Absolutely the worst customer service the rudest woman in Queensland! Just bought over $80 of chocolate, the woman was so extremely rude. 1) stares with a huge smirk, when we went to to counter and said “oh that’s a lot of chocolate” I told her yes there souvenirs for the office in Sydney. 2) after we bought the chocolate we looked at the FREE samples to try, then she said “Did you just buy chocolate” to which I responded yes they’re souvenirs for the office in Sydney.

lots of chocolate to choose from with many choccies made on site! strawberry, jaffa and caramel chocolate frogs were absolutely stunning. truffles and chocolate frogs for $2 each is a steal. great range of other local souvenirs and warm service!!!

Good range of brands and products, including nibbles they made themselves. The ruby frogs and little cappucino cups were my top pics. Interesting to watch and way more interactive than a nearby cocoa farm. Also of note is that they sell that farm's products cheaper than the farm does.
