I am looking at changing banks. Ever since the takeover I have found zero reasons to stay. They no longer partner with Zelle which was really needed for me and they got rid of the atms that gave smaller increments. Now they only give 20s like everywhere else. Those were honestly the last 2 redeeming factors that bank had going for them to me. I've had this account for around 27 years and those things were the main reason I had stayed the last few. I heard good things about Service 1st so I will be trying them.
terrible bank, wouldnt recommend and if you have an account id close it and open one somewhere else immediately
