Lawyer Jill is just rude and difficult to communicate with. No patience, won’t let you speak and ask questions, absorbs time repeating herself, absolutely no compassion. Easily confused and misunderstanding due to bias thinking and not reading documents properly. Easily defensive for no reason. Absolute terrible place to get advice for a pensioner. My mother couldn't understand half the stuff that was being told to her, she asked for me, her daughter, to be privy to the meeting as she was struggling and was denied due to 'conflict of interest'. Im not a client of his, I live in NSW how is that a conflict of interest.
