First, I love the Normal Brand and have enjoyed shopping in several of their locations. Tonight, in Kansas City, I attempted to return the three items that I purchased my husband at Christmas. I had the receipt, paper still in the pocket etc but somehow I did not have the tags. I was told that I cannot return or exchange without the pinned tags (which come off easily) being attached.
