I bought a pair of pants from the store, they didn’t give us a receipt. The pants didn’t end up fitting, we took them back only a few days later to be told there is nothing they could without a receipt and we couldn’t even get store credit. The pants were in the original bag with all original tags attached, this is worst return policy I have heard of from any clothing company. Nice clothing. Return policy is questionable. I bought a pair of pants and cut off tags and saved them. I accidentally grabbed skinny jeans. Put them on and realized they were wrong.They would not let me exchange for the right pair. It was less than a week that I brought in for exchange. Not a good policy. I won’t shop there again.
I was truly blown away by the incredible service and attention to detail. I’m an owner in retail and I’ll just say we would all be so lucky to have a Jack running our store. Truly impressive gentleman.
Audrey is ABSOLUTELY amazing!! This is my second time coming into The Normal Brand for an event I had no idea what to wear. I was worried I was going to wear the wrong thing and not be dressed correctly for the occasion. She took the time to listen and ask what the event was, got me set up head to toe, gave me plenty of options but was not pushy at all.
