Great massage - good pressure and listened to me on areas of focus! So far the best massage I've gotten in Bismarck!
I am a new fan of The Nook. Scotty is an incredible massage therapist. The space is calming, therapeutic and safe. He is incredibly knowledgeable and I left renewed and ready to book another. The vibe of the entire suite is fantastic and if you haven't checked it out yet, then it's time to book. Throw in the hot stones as well. Game changer.
I have been to a dozen massage therapists in town, and while many were good.. Scotty is great. As someone who has MS and is constantly fighting muscle spasticity massage can be tricky. Too much deep tissue can lead to cramping and a longer recovery. Scotty listens and really targets what is needed. It’s not the same full body massage you are used to. It’s healing, thoughtful, and fantastic for those of us who need relief from chronic pain. He has a gift and I couldn’t recommend him more!
As always, Scotty did a fantastic job at my appointment today! He is not only a wonderful human, but he is also AMAZING at his job! I always leave feeling great, and with my pain decreased! As a chronic pain sufferer, massage therapy is so helpful to me. I 1000% recommend him!!! Thank you for being amazing my friend! ❤️😁🙏😊
