Went to the nook for my first ever deep tissue massage, Scott makes you feel welcomed and not uncomfortable, I had an hour massage for my upper shoulders where I hold a lot of tension, it’s crazy how fast an hour went by but that’s how relaxed I felt, even after the massage I felt relaxed and distressed from the busyness of life, this definitely helped not only my shoulder tension but my anxiety as well, I’ll definitely be making future appointments when I need a little pick me up and distress from the craziness of life

I received a myofascial release massage with Scotty. I immediately rebooked myself and also booked my daughter. I have had undesirable experiences elsewhere and really regret not booking with him sooner 10/10
The massage was so peaceful and relaxing the small talk and getting to know his client was even better. Scotty is a down-to-earth great guy and has amazing hands and makes you feel way much gooder. definitely will go back again and again
