I told them I wouldn’t leave a bad review, yet they ended up ignoring my email expressing my concerns, and publicly responding, so I’ll leave my concerns here along with an average rating. To be transparent, I received a $20K settlement with nearly NINE THOUSAND in deductibles, I'm including fees in this total as well (I had no medical bills or outstanding liens, and this was a three way vehicle crash - not at fault).
