Called and spoke to Thomas about a serious accusation that was mentioned, from an Ex girlfriend, on a small claims court document. I informed him I was not certain if she had filed a police report yet and that I just wanted to see what I need to do to protect myself. He took the time and addressed my concerns. Todd's a liar and a thief. $5,000 dollars that my family will never see again. Todd racked up hours upon hours doing absolutely nothing productive and the night before the first hearing, he calls and says he can't continue with the case due to "conflict of interest" Apparently he had already represented the other party in a previous case and didnt know until now?!?!
