Had the unfortunate opportunity to do business with this firm & directly with Nieves, herself. She was one of the most arrogant professionals that I've ever worked with and she had no clue how to properly conduct business. She constantly used her assistant to fight her battles & never was an accountable person. She did not even honor the contract that she signed unfortunately.
