Richard and Lois are a borough treasure. Their foundation has supported so many worthwhile grassroots groups. They are always around to make to feel welcome. The property is a fantastic reflection of them.
I can't say enough about the kindness and generosity of the Nicotra Group. I attended an opening of the sculpture garden walk and was very impressed with what they have accomplished to make the West Shore a more beautiful and successful area. Their dedication to Staten Island makes them leaders not only of their community but of the Island as a whole. I wish them continued success.
