Staff was very busy and spread thin. Patients need a family member to advocate for them. Therapist services were great. Admin staff was always there to help answer questions.

If you want an honest review here it is. For your loved one's care and Rehabilitation Do not use this facility. My experience with Newport Post Acute Rehab in Newport News was extremely disappointing. Choosing this facility for my mother's rehabilitation after surgery was one of the biggest mistakes our family made. From our experience, the facility appeared to be understaffed, which seemed to affect the quality of care.
