A large variety of food packs to chose from with a really amazing supportive group to reach out to. I've lost nearly 5st in 7 months. Couldn't be happier with New You Plan.
Terrible customer service
Love this plan. It is easy and if you follow is properly it really works. I lost many stones and if I find myself putting a bit back on I go on the plan for a week and keep myself in check. I never feel hungry and In fact always feel well and full of energy when on the diet. Wrappings could be made to clearer differentiate between snack bars and meal bars.
