I’ve gone to the New Wheel service center in SF for repairs. They did an excellent job patching both me and my bike up after a minor accident. (Lol) They had bandaids handy and they were able to quickly get a quote for repairs. Folks were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. When I decided to start looking for a bike that better meets my needs I scheduled a test ride at the Oakland store. They suggested bikes I hadn’t really considered.
