RecommendedThe staff is exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. I did a test-ride which really helped me to see what an e-bike can do and, even more importantly, what I need. A week later, I put a deposit on an e-bike. Paul helped me through this process and was great. (When they measure you for your bike purchase, it’s almost like being measured by a tailor for a suit. That’s very reassuring that you’re going to get the best bike for you.)

RecommendedGood selection of quality bicycles that I feel confident riding for long distances and on hills. When I came for a test ride, Paul had bikes ready that would fit my size--4' 11". He explained the details of each bike before my test ride and I did not feel rushed to make a decision. I rode one bike multiple times. New Wheel provides all the necessary information to make sure you can operate the bike safely and with confidence. I am so glad I picked New Wheel as my e-bike dealer.

RecommendedIf you're looking for an ebike, I highly recommend The New Wheel. They have been leading the ebike revolution in the Bay Area and their team knows all about them, and provide great service. We just test-drove a couple ebikes there today and learned a lot: Paul was really helpful, took the time to train me, answer all my questions and help me understand my options, without any sales pressure. They also have a store in San Francisco, if you prefer.

We bought two Faraday Bikes from The New Wheel and couldn't be happier. We attended the Festival and returned a week later to test ride and order our bikes. The no pressure, patient and knowledgeable staff answered our every question, tuned our bikes to perfection, and helped us to install and load our Thule bike rack for the journey north to Sonoma County. So easy and so fun. Special thanks goes to Daniel Meltzer for his full attention and assistance.
