NMS was so helpful during the postpartum period as I adjusted to life with a new baby as a first time mom. I enjoyed the classes, but what I appreciated most was the community of women and the feeling of connection. It came highly recommended by several friends, and I’m so glad I decided to join. I was apart of the newborn series and truly it helped me so much postpartum. it was really nice always having something to look forward to during the week to break up the chaos of a new baby. It’s helped me in various different aspects and I feel like it’s helping to shape me into the best mom possible for my baby girl!
Becoming a first time mom was wonderful but also stressful. Having a group of women to turn to who are going through the same stage of a life as you has been a true joy. We looked forward to class each week and we learned so much!
