It looks like the only real reviews are all bad and the employees gave 5 star reviews so the incompetence doesn’t look like what it is. Shame on y’all!!!! Do better so you don’t have to lie- as in actually rectify the situations with kindness. Retaliation fears for the people who enable your salary and actual timely care look like real problems for this place. The super of the building name lamoard (hope that the right name ) very unprofessional use cursing while talk. Very bad person
My grandmother says they dont change her for hours. They leave her there for 4-5 hours without changing her. And they act upset at her when they're about to change her as it it's her fault. They have no one around that attends her that speaks Spanish. They also don't give her therapy. I'm planning to call the city and report this place and relocate her. It's very sad. She also fears complaining due to retaliation.
