Poor treatment and poor customer service – Today is my birthday. In the middle of last month, 1/2011, I called Alexan Day Spa, spoke with Juliet to book a spa treatment package for myself on my birthday, which is today, 2/12/2011. Juliet confirmed twice the day and time, 2/12/2011 at 10:30am. She stated "I will call you the night before to confirm this appointment". Excellent! – I went in for a massage with a gift card, The staff was very down to earth & really knew there stuff. I came out with beautiful haircolor & the best massage I have ever had! I couldnt have received better services in a Madison Ave salon. The service was warm& attentive, without being invasive. I will definately go back & tell allof my friends! Not to mention, Thank the giver of the gift certif. Thank you!
