They messed up and gave us the wrong down-stem for a bong over $150 when we came back to fix said issue we were charged $20 for a whole new down-stem because customer service apparently is non existent at this location and they make their customers pay for the shops mistakes.
If you want to get ripped off with an overpriced and defective product that they refuse to honour, then that's the place to go. They suck big time
Durning the snow event I seen an employee or maybe the owner having a hard time I parked my car to try and help and just got sweared at and showed disrespectful actions. If you have the name of the company on your truck maybe think how you talk to the public.
