I have received fantastic care at Neuro Practice Bendigo. Tom and James have provided amazing support throughout my rehabilitation. They have helped improve my balance, walking, and strength, and I have noticed great progress since starting my sessions. They are professional, encouraging, and always make me feel supported. We had the most wonderful, thorough physio experience today. This is the first time we have utilised the services of The Nuero Practice for a wheelchair assessment and it was the most detailed appointment we have ever had! I can not speak more highly of the staff, their knowledge, attentiveness, teamwork and friendliness. In the last 23 years we have had 6 wheelchairs for our son, each requiring a physio appointment to establish the right needs, never in this time have we had such an indepth, detailed session. Been seeing James since 2020. Im broken after my accident in 2019. Been a long event and will be for some time more. With the happy smiling Lisa at the front desk to the staff at the back. I have no regrets or concerns that they will look after me.

Lucky enough to get a cancellation. Saw Ella re my Vertigo. After taking all my personal details, told me exactly what was to happen, including saying treatment would be uncomfortable. Follow up appointment was made with Anne coming in from her holidays to especially treat me. Anne was exceptional detailing all that was to happen, and giving me Follow up activities to do .
