A great clean space , with fun classes for you and your little one I have gone to the Yaphank location for baby and me yoga .. and the farmingdale location for baby sensory classes and both have been great. My child loves them .. prices are reasonable. There is also a good amount of classes to choose from at different locations at good times . That work around your babys nap schedule which is a MUST. Also enough parking nearby. Everyone who works there is phenomenal as well definitely a 10/10

I would highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for prenatal yoga! The instructor was very informative and friendly. Peace, healing, and connecting with other moms. This class is worth every effort to get here!
Attended a music class with my 2 friends and our babies (all 4 months old). I had a beter experience and a free library class. Pros: blankets and wedges are provided. Music is fun and not super generic! Seats for the parents are also an amazing addition. Cons: the instructor wasnt as enthusiastic as expected for a baby/ toddler class. Instructor also got pulled away often due to late arrivals. Suggestion: have the instruments already passed out before class begins as that took up a lot of the time.
