Best gym in regina. Staff are so friendly and help me to do heavy lifting. All the equipment are neat and clean and always sanitize.
I am at the Nest Fitness Centre nearly everyday. Great Place, they have 3 area for weight lifting, two racquet ball courts, Squash court and a large locker room. The lighting is also good and Staff are great. I would highly recommend this centre as you cannot get this kind of facility anywhere for the price.
