I’ve had ongoing issues with organization and communication at this clinic, and unfortunately it has affected the quality of care. Appointments and follow-ups have been inconsistent, information has been missed or not communicated clearly, and it’s been difficult to get timely responses. The staff are polite, but the overall experience has been frustrating and stressful as a patient. I hope the clinic improves its systems and coordination because patients deserve reliable and organized care.
Thanks Nest - Rod and staff. .My very first ever racquetball tournament last week-end. Thanks to the volunteers who kept everyone ahead of schedule too.
I was there for a Racquetball tournament, and I am from out of Province. The mens change rooms looked great, but I didn't really use them. The courts have potential, and I am glad that the racquetball community is being supported. The event was catered by Munch and we found the food to be great, and there is a great story behind them, I am sure that if you ask, they will be happy to tell that story.
Not recommended.
I love going to this gym. It’s clean, well equipped, and has a great atmosphere. Staff are friendly and it’s always a good experience.
