The assistant manager they speak of is gone. There is a large and amazing staff of loving people who dedicate their lives in passion of helping the weary who need help. Praise God for providing a bed to sleep in, food to cook, people to cry with and a counselor. Good work is done here w good people. Be still and heal.

In my past, the nest made available a safe place to regroup and heal from a overwhelming experience that at the time I felt there was no way I could ever overcome. A safe place was the first step. I only gave this place 1 star because of the assistant manager. Everyone else and i mean EVERYONE else was great. Ive tried to make a complaint about her but my emails went ignored, probably because shes in charge of reading and responding to them. I tried to tell the other staff about how intimidated and uncomfortable I felt but they were all too scared to even say anything that went against her. I lived here with my two daughters for a couple of months but decided to go ahead and leave because of how unbearable it was to live there. The assistant manager, she has long black hair and she wears glasses, is out of control in behavior and how she treats the clients. She is very aggressive and does a lot of nitpicking.
