Ordered 2 porch signs 9/5 and so far have received one. I received a text from the store in September stating they were waiting for more ribbon to make my other holiday sign. I finally received a notification on 11/4 that a label has been created but *** has not received the package yet. There has been no updates. If 0 was an option that would be my review! Horrible customer service from a small town shop! I bought a sweater not knowing it had a hole in the side. When I went to exchange/return the sweater, they didn't attempt to make it right at all because I didn't have the actual receipt and stated even so their sales are final! I still had proof of purchase which she didn't care to see. She knew exactly how much I paid for the sweater based on when I told her I purchased it.
