EDIT: Their passive aggressive response to this review over a month later should tell you everything you need to know. Nothing about their response changes the fact that their communication system is poor and means that I can't speak to them even when I have a scheduled appointment. Scheduled a consultation for 2:30 - 3:00 this afternoon with Laura. Laura calls early and my phone does not ring. Laura leaves a VM saying that if I call the office she will call me back. I call the office back immediately and ask her to call me. Office has no way of getting ahold of her and Laura does not return my call. Waste of time. The website uses AI chatbots to handle intake forms, which are full of bugs and difficult to fill out.
AVOID this attorney at all costs as she is severely deficient in her bankruptcy knowledge concerning VA or disability income. We were misadvised early on in the process & she often failed to advise us on important issues. Her answers to our questions were often short and condescending. She ran for judge(and lost)two different times during the process. At one point the sole employee answering the phones was a literal child, her teenage daughter. Very disappointed in this law office twice when I was on the phone with Jeffrey he accused me of doing drugs because I sniffing and coughing in the winter I deal with severe sinus and asthma cough that's very unprofessional and another reason why also decided to not go with them for representation. They took money from me and never said anything about it being non refundable. I'd definitely nit recommend them .
